Therapy can be helpful if you're feeling overwhelmed, experiencing distress, wanting a listening ear to your problems or looking at new perspectives for personal growth.

We have a panel of therapist to select from. Have a look at our team and what they specialise in . 
If you feel you have not made the right choice after your first session, you can choose a different therapist for your next session.

What should I expect during my first session?

Your first session will be a chance for us to get to know each other. We will look into your goals for therapy, history and the current challenges you're facing. We will also review confidentiality, the therapeutic process and answer any questions you may have. Look, we want to create a safe, comfortable space for you to begin your healing journey.
